I haven't posted any photos for awhile. Here below you'll see two photos of the beaver, one close up, and the other as he swims towards some ducks.

The next photo is one of a recent sunset.

Next we have two photos of our blue heron, who has stuck around for the winner.
It appears that the heron is very close, but a zoom lense was used and almost appears like he's sitting on the fence.
The photo below that has the same photo, and over to the right but out of focus is a falcon that sat on the fence for a long time.
These two photos were taken this afternoon. The lake appeared completely frozen over last night for the first time this winter.

Again, the zoom lense makes the opposite shoreline appear very close, but it is not.


Chow down, cold weather is coming.
