You have an assortment of old stamps, and perhaps you're wondering what it's worth? Your local library can help. Either in reference or on the shelves, you should be able to look up the value in Scott's Catalogue. Usually libraries keep the current volumes for this year in the reference, and old volumes for previous years may be checked out. The catalogues are in sections, A-B, C-F, G-I, J-0, P-S, and SO-Z for the various countries. When you look up the stamp issue in the catalogue, you'll see two prices. The mint price is for unused issues and the used price is for cancelled stamps, stamps that have a cancel mark on them. If you're buying the stamp, those prices are for what you'd likely pay for them, but if you're buying stamps, expect at best 50% of the listed price.

If you need more information on stamp value, you may email me at lakewrtr@gmail.com and I'll be glad to answer any questions.
